Hair For Cancer - The Drive for Donations to The Grand River Cancer Centre

My name is Chris Soehner. I am trying to raise money for the Grand
River Cancer Centre. It started off as a bet between myself and a
business associate three years ago. I usually like to keep my

to thinking about the time my brother, three years prior, cut his hair
for donations to Cancer. He was teaching school at Centennial in
Kitchener & inspired them to raise over $7,700 to cut his hair.
This, in turn, inspired me. I asked Dave if The Gore would be
interested in donating money for the cause.
Three years later, Kevin McNeil & Gore Mutual
have kept their promise with a generous $2,000
donation from their Foundation. This, along with a $500 donation from
C.H.Soehner Insurance Ltd. is a great "kick off" to the Fund Raising
Drive.

I am hoping to raise at least $10,000 for The Grand River Cancer Centre
located in Kitchener, and would appreciate any donations, no matter
what the amount. Every dollar and/or donation counts, no matter how big
or small it may be. If we can raise more than $10,000, it would
definately exceed my expectations!!!!
